This is a real treat for anyone who would like to have a high quality but still reasonably priced log cabin in their garden. This beautiful and very striking log cabin is made of the highest quality materials, and it has a number of features that make it a truly practical log cabin as well as a great-looking one.

Good features include the two opening windows that are large and allow in plenty of ventilation. These windows are a nice feature, and their visual style perfectly complements the overall look of the building.

It’s also very big, and this cannot be overlooked. The size really allows you to enjoy plenty of space, and a good area in which to relax, or even set up a home office. Add to that the fact that you have a separate storage area in the back for you to use with its own door, and you have a very practical building.

Let's Take a Closer Look...

Shire Leygrove Left Hand Corner Log Cabin 9 x 14 – Our first thoughts

Shire Leygrove Left Hand Corner Log Cabin 9 x 14 Overall AppearanceLet’s get the size thing out of the way first. This is a big building. Once you enter you’ll appreciate the spacious interior too. And with the windows and the frankly quite gorgeous double doors you have plenty of light in the building too.

All that glazing has been created using toughened glass as well, so you have a set up that is made for longevity and safety. The door and the windows not only benefit from that toughened glass, they also have special draft seals too, so you get plenty of protection and comfort in the winter.

Overall, it is a very attractive building with some excellent features in it.

Shire Leygrove Left Hand Corner Log Cabin 9 x 14: Some questions you may have

Shire Leygrove Left Hand Corner Log Cabin 9 x 14 Inside ViewCan I build it myself? We recommend that you not only have two people to build it, but also that you ensure you have good tools and a good few hours. This is a high quality building, and one that demands a committed approach to the build. It may be a good idea to consider the services of professionals.

And the groundwork? If you have a perfectly flat concrete surface that matches the footprint of the building, that’s the best possible surface to lay the building on. You can try other set ups, but you would need to seek guidance from the manufacturer.

Is the floor durable? I want to have heavy furniture in it? Yes it’s very strong. You’re looking at a 12mm floor that can take anything you throw at it. What’s more, the floor is hoisted on pressure treated floor bearers. These keep water out, pure and simple, and prevent rot from becoming an issue.
