The Oren 10′ x 8′ Shiplap Contemporary Poolside Summer House is a bright, attractive garden building and would make the perfect accompaniment to larger garden features or structures, such as a decking area or swimming pool. This versatile building allows you to place the doors and windows on either side, allowing you to enhance the use of your garden space. The premium full pane doors and windows allow lots of light into the room providing a warm and dry space as well as somewhere to seek shade and refreshments. All Oren Summer Houses are made from 12mm thick shiplap tongue and groove timber including the floor and roof to provide extra strength and durability.
The heavy-duty framing on this building has been rounded at each corner to give it a stunning finish. This Summer House comes with toughened safety glass as standard, and a Premium High Performance Felt with special polyester backing, ensuring it lasts longer and doesn’t ripple or tear easily. Tongue and groove throughout All Oren Summer Houses are made from 12mm thick shiplap tongue and groove timber. Even the floor and roof are 12mm tongue and groove to give extra strength and durability. Shiplap cladding has the additional feature of a small profile at the top of each board. This little channel, allows water to run off the summer house quicker than normal tongue and groove.
This also helps the summer house dry quickly after exposure to rain, helping to protect it from any water damage. Toughened glass Any Oren Summer House with windows come with toughened safety glass as standard. The toughening process improves the structural durability and thermal strength of the glass, in turn increasing its resilience and ability to withstand heat. Toughened glass is 500% more resistant to heat and shock than ordinary glass. The glass is already internally beaded so you don’t have to fit the glass yourself and PVC sills complete the window units to stop water ingress and provide a stunning finish.
