The popular and practical Casita Shed or Summerhouse with a veranda is superb value for money. With a single door to the front and two opening windows, it is constructed from high grade 12mm shiplap cladding to the walls and tongue and groove boards to roof and floor on sturdy 34mm square framing.Manufactured in the UK from high grade Northern European FSC certified timber and finished with a honey brown basecoat preservative treatment ready for you to top coat after assembly. All fixings, mineral roof felt and assembly instructions are provided. Allowance should be made for the roof overhang and for access around the outside during construction and subsequent treatment.
